  • How can I book an appointment?

    Book online through our scheduling link. Choose your service, date, and time—then you’ll receive an instant confirmation. We accept major credit cards and contactless payments.

  • What if I’m new to facials and not sure what to book?

    No worries. If you’re not sure where to start, choose our best “first-visit” option (or any signature facial you’re drawn to). We’ll confirm your skin goals during check-in and customize the treatment to match your skin that day.

  • Are the treatments safe for sensitive skin?

    Yes—every facial is customized for your skin’s comfort and barrier health. If you’re highly reactive, rosacea-prone, or using prescription acne/topical medications, please note it in your intake form so we can adjust your plan.

  • Where is the studio located?

    We’re located in Manhattan at 39 W 29th St, Suite 604 (6th floor). Dearglow is appointment-only—no walk-ins.

    When you arrive, select “6th floor” on the building screen and we’ll buzz you in.

  • How should I prepare before my facial?

    For best results:

    • Pause retinoids/retinol, strong acids (AHA/BHA), and exfoliating scrubs for 2–3 days before your appointment.

    • Avoid waxing or laser on the face for at least 3 days prior.

    • Arrive with minimal makeup if possible.

    • Stay hydrated—healthy skin responds better to treatment.

  • What should I avoid after my facial?

    To protect your results:

    • Avoid heavy makeup and active skincare (retinoids, acids, scrubs) for 24–48 hours.

    • Skip hot showers, saunas, and intense workouts for 24 hours.

    • Wear SPF daily and limit direct sun exposure.

    • Keep skin calm and hydrated with gentle moisturizer.

  • Do you include LED therapy in every facial?

    Yes. LED therapy is included in every facial as part of our standard recovery-focused finish.

  • Is there downtime after peels or resurfacing treatments?

    Most treatments have little to no downtime. Some clients may experience mild dryness or light flaking depending on the service and skin sensitivity. We’ll review what to expect before we begin and provide simple aftercare instructions.

  • What is your cancellation / rescheduling policy?

    We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule. Our policies are listed in the booking system and apply to late cancellations and no-shows.
